Studio Residencies

Residencies are for artists, producers and filmmakers who want a regular home base each week instead of scrambling for casual bookings.

You lock in a weekly slot on the same day or night, the room is yours at that time, and you get all the benefits of a proper studio without taking on your own lease. Perfect if you’re building a client base, developing long-form projects, or just want somewhere reliable to disappear into a vortex of creativity.

All residency plans include dry hire of the full studio:
three rooms (control room, synth & piano room, live room), full backline, hardware synths, mics, monitoring, PA, lighting, projection and kitchen/amenities. Engineers can be added at our normal session rates if you need someone to run the room.

Residencies are billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum.

Options:

• 4-hour Day Slot – $300/month
  Any 4-hour block between 8am and 6pm (same time each week).
   

• 8-hour Day Slot – $425/month
  One full studio day each week (e.g. 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm).
   

• Evening Slot (6pm–11pm) – $375/month
  Weekly prime-time evening, great for band work and after-hours projects.
   

• Overnight Slot (11pm–8am) – $220/month
  Weekly overnight lockout for night-owl producers and long, uninterrupted sessions.
